Colored Honda Emblems

I installed the black emblems and have the chrome ones left over. I got to thinking about making the chrome one the same color as the rest of the vehicle, either vinyl overlay or paint. Picture is only Photoshop, I would do the whole emblem (they didn't take my directions correctly). I think less is more but think this would look cool.

I honestly think it would look better to do it in black than orange. I'm not liking that look -- but a blackout, very subtle would be a nice classy touch, IMHO.
