Older post but here are my two pennies. We had a 2022 Kia Telluride SX Prestige Black Out. It was a very nice car. We "value" the features of the PP TSE more.
Believe it or not we always felt cramped in the Kia. By that I mean it is very limited in room for items on and in the center console. Everything about the Passport makes a lot more sense. The cup holders up high in the door panels with two storage pockets. The extra shelf in the dash. The wide center console. The cubbies in the back and large under floor storage. The three row second seat is better for the dogs.
The PP is smaller but sits a little higher, more fun to drive, feels more like a SUV and not a station wagon. Finally, you can actually beat around trails in this. We had looked at X Pros but that was definitely a "lifestyle look" package, not a functional one.
