Ideas for Cheap Full Size Spare

Hey Everyone,
For some of the local beaches you must have a full size spare before they will let you drive on the beach.
I am looking for ideas on a cheap wheel that I could order and a decent tire to have for this purpose. Really only need the full size spare 2-3 times a year for this specific purpose so not looking to spend a ton of money.

Buying a stock wheel from a wrecked vehicle is your best bet IMHO. When I grew up people would go to junkyards to rip stuff off all kinds of vehicles... usually excellent pricing, especially if you are willing to pull the part yourself.
