PASSPORT letters on rear hatch

has anyone tried to remove the black “PASSPORT” letters from the back hatch. It looks like they are just glued on. Really the only thing I don’t like about the car

I don’t like the big “PASSPORT” lettering either. I was lucky that they had a quasi Blackout Trim on the lot in black.

BTW…getting 23 MPG as it breaks in.

Yes…I removed mine….did not like it that prominent in Black on my White Passport….I heated the letters up with a hairdryer…and used dental floss to remove the letters piece by piece.

Same here. I was thinking of trying to find the decals in white ( my Honda is white) and that would cover them .

Looks great. Maybe I will go to a body shop and see if they can take them off like you did.
Did you debadge or rebrand (whatever it’s called) your entire vehicle ?

I just did the back of my car. My Honda Logos are black so basically invisible…the orange trailsport badge is still in my front grill (have not found a way to remove it). As written above…taking off the letters & the badge on the hatch is dine easily with a hairdryer and some dental floss.

Mine are all black, as well. I do like the the Trailsport badges though. Front and back

Can be removed “ de badge auto” Youtube. GooGone, apply heat (not too much) and fishing line or floss and pull off slowly and carefully then clean up.

Ditched mine. Pryed them up with a small pointed pick to get started, just glue tape holding them on the trail sport badge was easier. Tied fishing line to two dowel type wooden rods for removing after the initial pry up. This forum must be sponsored by Honda no topics about dealing with the built in monitoring system telematics. I also really am bothered by all the driver assist nonsense the gateway to self driving cars.

I disabled mine via the sterring wheel controls. You can also do it through the main screen. i was also lucky and they had a blacked-Out type model on the lot with it not being the offcial blackout edition. I don’t like the Passport all over the exterior myself but mine is all black on a black vehicle. Love the truck though.
