Rattle Noise from Sunroof area

Hi, I noticed a rattle noise from the sunroof area when driving over street bumps…it sounds like it is coming from the area where the front panel and the rear panel of the sunroof come together and are covered by this black plastic trim-piece. Does anyone of you have that too…or has an idea how to nail it down and locate & fix it?

I know…rattle noises are always hard to locate….

Any ideas / advise is appreciated

It can be hard to detect where the sound is actually coming from... I've had a couple rattles end up being coins or other items in the cup holders. So, I'd check that simple stuff out first too!

Did that already….nothing is flying around…I get the impression it is better when the sunshade is completely closed….

Was a long shot but figured I'd say something just in case.

I have this same issue. Dealer said they’d have to take out the entire headliner to locate and that they would “likely make things worse.” I lost confidence in my local Honda service department with that response.

Found annoying rattle coming from passenger side, top seat belt adjust slide. Slid it up and down a few times seemed to go away..

Almost everything snaps in place using clips. Alabama quality control is shit, I removed a rear panel to install my rear camera. The panel had a bunch of clips, one of which was smashed to bits because they didn't align it right with the hole. I had to install clips under the rubber mat under the rail on the roof, because half of them weren't there and that mat would flap with the wind...I have to do the other rail this weekend, I may take pictures and post it in here...I would disconnect the positive battery terminal, and give slow deliberate pulls on these panels... They should pop off.
