There are times I don't want to wear my seat belt. Particularly when I am using my 2026 Passport when training dogs and I am moving locations often. Is there a way to silence the seatbelt alarm?

I've seen "fake" clips that go into the slot that keeps the alarm from going off but I can't find them on Amazon.

Ironically, the best way to get a silencer is buy a car dog leash. If you don't want the leash part, just cut it off. But I use one if my dog wants to hang out the car window to pretend he's skydiving. I have a 60lbs Aussie and he's well trained but jumped out of the car once as a puppy when I got to my in-laws. So if the window is down more that 50%, he gets the leash.
