Thanks for the add! I’m a first new owner of the new Passport. I really like the way Honda redesigned the 2026 model. Its more rugged look than the previous model and unlike the other platforms going hybrid/turbo, I love that Honda kept the V6 engine.
It was a perfect time for me when my WRX got totaled. I can’t wait how the after market comes up with more accessories on this thing.
First thing I did to my TrailSportElite so far is putting a hitch bike rack, cargo LED light, cargo matt and a roof crossbars. These are all from Honda except the hitch bike rack.

Nice! Unfortunately I had to go with after market Yakima Timberline towers with 60” crossbars to install the Thule Hideaway awning. The added cost was well worth the added difference in price. Cheers!

The crossbars that are offered by Honda lie flush with the side bars. The awning has to raised higher above and a fair distance out from the vehicle. I wasn’t sure what they were talking about until after the installation. The Thule awning is a game changer. I’m a woman however. We like awnings
