Trailsport Elite: Pricing and Options

New to the forums.

I asked my dealer for information around a couple of TS's. He sent me this information which is not a window sticker. He did explain they were "in-transit", and this is what he could provide. Fair enough.

Questions:
1. I asked for Tow Hitch, All Season Package 1 and Auto-Dimming Mirror. Sales said they are dealer installed. Prices were far beyond MSRP on Honda's website. Is this standard markup at the dealer level? Other dealers show these already installed "in-transit" and at a lower price than this dealer. (e.g. Honda Tow -- Site: $220 / Dealer $1,500).
2. Are the added features (from the attachments) correct or missing normally installed options at the factory?
3. Any other gotchas based on the attachments I should be aware of to get the best deal with nothing missing?
