Unable to Complete

Has anyone ever had an issue with trying to change a vehicle setting (keyless door unluck just driver door to unlocks all doors) and get the error "unable to complete". I have followed it step by step according to the manual and keep getting the error. Any suggestions?

Are you doing this with engine running or just with ignition on and not running? Not sure if that could be the thing, but sometimes these computer systems act weird or need everything to be running to do the settings.

If fully running, maybe a reset needs to happen, hold home and power button down

The reboot fixed the issues and now I am able to change everything.
