Started the car this morning. The display would not come up except for our names, and then that wouldn't work all the time. I drove to Honda. Service department said I'd be there all day. I should make an appointment, and that wasn't going to work for me after buying eight vehicles there. Sales got involved, and service got involved. They gave me a loaner, and they're going to keep it until they can fix it. No navigation. Nothing in the head unit works. But we saw that the display did work because our names came up for a second, so we know the display works. 2,600 miles after a year, and I've had it in the shop three times. Once for the update that wouldn't update. The second time they replaced the air conditioning condenser, and now this. I was so close to taking my title to the Lexus dealer. For a used six-cylinder Lexus RX ....
