Passport TrailSport owners will soon have two new upgrade options from Honda Racing Corporation: forged off-road wheels and a Borla-developed exhaust system.
According to Road & Track’s report by Zac Palmer, the parts will debut at the 2026 SEMA Show and go on sale in March 2027.
The 18-inch forged-aluminum wheels, developed with Titan 7, will come in black or bronze with Honda Racing lettering machined into the face. Each wheel is rated for 220 pounds more load capacity than the factory wheel—a wheel specification, rather than an increase in the Passport’s payload rating.
The stainless-steel cat-back exhaust, developed with Borla, promises 6 percent more flow and up to 1.9 inches of additional clearance around the exhaust. Borla’s anti-drone technology is intended to limit highway resonance while giving the V6 a more pronounced sound. HRC-branded tips complete the system.
Both upgrades will be offered through Honda dealerships and Honda DreamShop. Pricing wasn’t provided in the report.
Which would you consider for your TrailSport, the forged wheels, the exhaust, or both?
