For anyone interested. I ran across this video 'J35 V6: Honda’s Toughest Engine or a Ticking Time Bomb?' I know some videos have to be taken with a grain of salt, but I believe this one is worth watching. Be sure to watch to the end. Keep in mind the 2026 Honda Passport uses the J35Y8 engine, the same engine used in the Honda Pilot since 2023. Granted the J35 engine has been around much longer (decades). The Y8 valve configuration is the newest part. I would like to know your thoughts and opinions.
