Technical and Mechanical review

I have owned mine for 3 months and I can honestly say that the review above is spot on.

The only gripe I have is that Lane Keeping Assist (LKAS) is certainly not for roads with plenty of curves. It's best for straight highway/roads. The tech of LKAS feels v1.0 in terms of comparisons to others (MB, etc.) but works fine for its intended purpose.

Just my $0.02.

I haven't been a fa of most of the computer aided/automated stuff in a long time. Even the adaptive cruise has bit me in the butt a couple of times... as well as the automatic braking in tight traffic while merging. Almost causing someone to rear end me.... Some people may love the stuff but I just don't trust it and it's bitten me more times than I can remember :(

If you are considering the purchase, this review is fantastic and gives an honest technical and mechanical review of the 2026 Passport.

I’ve had mine for just over a month and I absolutely love it. Not only is it the best SUV I’ve owned but it’s the best auto I’ve owned. And I had a 2006 BMW 330i straight shift I absolutely loved. But this Passport is AUsome.
